I had a great time at this hotel! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the Haram, which was perfect for my ibadah. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, especially the manager, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Plus, I loved having access to unlimited water and a microwave to whip up snacks!

The furniture was a bit outdated, and I did encounter some cleanliness issues. The AC was tricky—it was either freezing cold or off altogether. the bathrooms were small, which might be a squeeze for more than a few days. it’s a decent budget option, but just be prepared for some quirks!

location: the hotel was close to masjid and clocktower, holy mosque, and the high slope mountain. i found nice albaik by accident, it was at a short distance from the property. i liked the room with many beds, the bed was comfortable.

Nice place with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, lift, and 24-hour reception. Staff helped me with currency tips on my first stay. I recommend dining at nearby places for good prices. I'm returning for Christmas!

Had reasonably priced location in the mountain, near a holy stone. The staff was hospitable and always on disposal. We took a twin room and it had a safe, a minibar, and a multi-channel TV

Great location, just a short walk to Al Haram! The staff were super friendly and helped with everything, from taxis to dining recommendations. Rooms are a bit small and basic, but clean and functional. Loved the golf cart service for getting up and down the hill, especially after a long day!

The location was best possible for me as it was adjacent to the high slope mountain, need to climb the hill and the hill side. Every staff member was caring and hospitable.

The shuttle service was really helpful to access the

Main road from the hotel, especially given the steep incline. The front desk staff were always approachable and accommodating. Rooms are small but clean, and I appreciated the extra mattress without an extra charge. The bathroom layout was a bit cramped.

Clean room and great buggy service to help uphill. The room size felt very cramped. Location near Al Haram is convenient.

Really good Staff, Great Location

The staff were cute and helpful, especially with the buggy service, made uphill travel easier. Our room, though compact, wassuper clean and cozy. A short 6-minute walk to the Masjidil Haram made it convenient for our group. We appreciated the complimentary extra mattress and how they allowed us to check out late without any additional charges.

The furniture, like the wardrobe and small table, feels quite old!!! Climbing to the hotel can be exhausting after a long day!!! Wi-Fi might not be accessible everywhere in the room.

The room was super clean, but getting there from the metro was exhausting!

Great proximity, just 200 meters from Al Haram Mosque. Good WiFi with complimentary hot water and tea options in the room.

The climb to the hotel from the nearest metro can be a real workout, especially since it's on Ajyad Hill. Rooms are on the small side. A triple room barely accommodated three with much space left to spare. Bathrooms fall on the tiny side too.
